Refund Policy At Tornado Moto, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing a smooth, hassle-free refund process for our valued customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later). Exceptions If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will also reimburse any associated return shipping costs.
