Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later).

Note: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products and our 
refund processing time is only 3 days

Exceptions

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product), we will also reimburse any associated return shipping costs.
