Our products are shipped within 2 - 3 working Days of purchase between Mondays and Saturdays, not including public holidays.

Shipping Info:
Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, and some packages may be delayed. If this happens, we will contact you to let you know of the potential delay in delivery.

Once the package has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands, and we do not have control over delivery. If, however, packages need redirection or anything else, then we will communicate with the postal services to make any changes necessary. 
If you have not received your package after the delivery time elapsed, please contact us and reference your order number so we can track down your shipment.

Tracking:
All shipments include tracking and will be sent via email or SMS once we have shipped your product/s. Some orders might require multiple shipments, and if this happens, you will have additional tracking sent once the product has been shipped.
