3. Products

We sell physical motorcycle protective clothing and accessories, including but not limited to jeans, shirts, vests, jackets, hoodies, and related gear. Many products feature CE certification, Kevlar® or aramid reinforcements, and armour for rider safety.

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith but are approximate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Products are intended for motorcycle use and must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper fitting, or failure to follow care instructions.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. We will send an order confirmation email, but this does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the products and send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (including after confirmation) for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude delivery costs (though we offer free UK shipping on all orders—see Section 6).

We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, other providers). Payment is due in full at the time of order. Title to the goods remains with us until full payment is received.

We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, but delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier issues, customs, weather).

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect goods upon receipt and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours.

International shipping may be available on request—contact us for details, costs, and customs/duties (which are your responsibility).

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We offer 30 days easy returns and exchanges for most products, provided they are unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

To return an item:

  • Contact us at info@tornadomoto.co.uk within 30 days of receipt.
  • Return the item to our address (above) at your cost (unless faulty or incorrect).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This 30-day policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (including the 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales). Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you, including return postage.

We do not accept returns on personalised, custom-made, or final-sale items unless faulty.

8. Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Products come with the manufacturer's warranty (e.g., CE certification standards). We warrant that products will conform to description and be of satisfactory quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all other warranties, conditions, or terms (express or implied).
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (e.g., loss of profits, data, or enjoyment).
